As usual, Willow Motor Works were efficient and helpful for a service and MOT - they even stayed "open" whilst I was a bit delayed in collecting my car. I thoroughly recommend them.

Called Willow Motor Works on the off chance they'd be able to help with a repair on my vehicle as this is where I usually go for services and MOT. Chris said I could come in same day without an appointment for them to assess the damage and see what my options were. The undertray had detached from my vehicle and was slightly damaged. Chris very kindly reattached the part there and then for me at no cost. He advised the cost of a new part if/when I decide to have the damaged one replaced and said he could get that ordered for me if I go ahead with the replacement. This level of care is rare to find these days and I'm so grateful to have this garage on our doorstep.

I have been using Willow Motor Works for more than 5 years now, Chris and team is always friendly and professional, genuine and best garage, I trust Chris and team all day long for any service carried out at Willow Motor Works, they're so helpful as always and does the work more than expectation. I had my Audi Q3 service here for years, now Range Rover Evoque.
