What had started as a good experience turned sour, there were a few issues which they had compromised on sorting out with myself. All seemed fine regarding the matter as I was assured all was fine and anything I had said needed looking at was looked at. At first an email sent to myself said all cars included full inspection and service by us which was later dismissed by abbrar saying we don't do that for cars listed on autotrader however no where did it mention this. service history, long mot, full valet, all handbooks, HPI check, 3 months warranty. Which I only received the handbooks and warranty, the car didn't get valeted and was dirty with handprints and mud on the interior. They charged me to have it serviced at half price which I was fine with however a week later the brakes go and the car was not suitable for road use so I had to go to another garage to get it repaired as I wasn't home and felt the car shouldn't be on the road in that condition, now I find myself chasing them to sort out the issue with my car. I am now 300 down in transport costs and repair costs for something that should be been picked up in the service.
