        Been there twice, and both times waiting a good 15-20mins before there is even someone at the desk. Very slow customer service. Seems like theres only one person for admin and one person in the warehouse. They need to employ more staff!

        Hss mitcham wates way. Car park not secure again. People playing loud music there again hss don't care about community at all. Hopefully head office will help.

        Hi please can the management of hss please take note of this review. My partner and I hired a jack hammer from the cheam branch (Alloway timber site) we dealt with a lovely young man called Antonie, he is an asset to your company. He is patient, kind and very approachable AND knows what he is doing and explained everything thoroughly. We hired the jack hammer and collected it in the mitcham branch, there we dealt with ANOTHER lovely young man called Daniel, again was very kind, approachable and KNEW his job. These 2 gentlemen are a credit to them selves. You have truly been blessed with these 2 gentlemen. These 2 gentlemen are very hard to find these days and I truly hope there skills will be rewarded.
