Honestly, one of the worse staff for customer service; since I've been buying from there I've had a Loyalty Card and have used it every time I've purchased items, it turns out my my card was NEVER activated and the staff were just scanning my card with out me collecting or accumulating any points. I asked a women at the till (who was dealing with my issue - at the time) if I had completely lost all my point and would she be able to redeem them, some how; she completely disregarded me and carried on as if I was never there to begin with. This was a complete and utter shock and I was made to feel very embarrassed. I think Pawetek does really good and fresh produce and its one of a kind in my area but for someone who has lived in the area for almost two decades I am very offended and sad that such a business employs staff like that who operate in my community. I hope that the people running the business could make some significant changes to their customer service.

So..shop is really nice,good choice of products But horrible service ,staff is rude,incompetent!!! No helpful at all !!! Tonight we make shopping,everything was good,but in the and ,saleswomen poorly packed our items thats way our bags was broke and all products fall on the floor!!!!! When we ask her to give one more bag ,she didnt want to give,and continued to serve other customers!!!! She ignored our requests !!!! We will never back in the place where not respect the people!!!!!!!!!(((((
