Idyli is a highly professional, caring, thoughtful and practical therapist who I enjoyed seeing for six moths with regard to anxiety and work related stress. As well as providing support, Idyli is detail focussed (remembering triggers, actions, past converastions and linking with later sessions), proactive and provides pragmatic and bespoke coping mechanisms and techniques that have added real value to how I approach my anxiety. I would strongly recommend Idyli to any of my family or friends in need of a practical, compassionate and thoughtful therapist.

Mental health is very important and it is important to realize that it's very normal that it can go wrong at times. But at the same time we are lucky that we don't have to go through everything alone. I highly recommend Idyli at Therapy for Me. The professional knowledge of cognitive sciences she has gave me a lot of guidance and training on how to manage anxiety and depression in life. At the end of the therapy sessions what I gained is not only a better mental health status but also valuable skills for being my own therapist in the future.

Throughout our sessions, Idyli was incredibly attentive and intuitive, and I always found our weekly conversations productive. She helped me to notice patterns of behavior, and provided practical solutions and ideas ('experiments') to help me work through challenges. Idyli is my supervisor and I cannot recommend her enough! She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about both teaching and using CBT (and third wave therapies) to best support an individuals needs. Due to her extensive background working in mental health and postgraduate qualifications she is extremely experienced and most importantly she has made me feel extremely well supported as a therapist.
