I am SO glad that we used Drago and his team for our bathroom refurbishment. After being ghosted by our previous plumber, I was nervous about reliability so took time to check reviews before working with MGI. I can safely say working with them has been the best experience I have had with builders/refurbishment specialists. Drago and his team are professional, take the time to explain things properly, really listen to what you want and the speed and quality of the service provided really was 5*. Our bathroom was completely replaced in under 10 days and finished to a high standard. Drago's colleague Svetan's work ethic and workmanship were both outstanding and Drago made a lot of effort to stay in touch including popping round to check the standard of the work was up to scratch. We used Drago's preferred bathroom supplier for the job to - Apollo Bathrooms and Ravi gave us great service, adapting the products and quote to our needs and even helping to review the quality of items we had bought ourselves. All round we are really impressed with the service MGI provided to us and HIGHLY recommend them if you are updating your bathroom. I used MGI in July/August 2022 to completely refurbish my bathroom and toilet. Drago is very professional and finished the work ahead of schedule. Id like to add, the team even worked during the 41 degree London heatwave - indoors! I wouldnt hesitate to use Drago and his excellent team again in the future. My bathroom & toilet look fantastic. Very modern with great colour and furniture. Thank you Drago! I have to say Drago and his team lived up to the excellent reviews left here. The level of communication was exemplary throughout, and they managed to fit me in at short notice and completed earlier than expected. Working with MGI's approved supplier, Apollo Bathrooms, everything arrived on the start date making for a seamless process from start to finish.

We have just had our bathroom refurbished by Drago and his team . The work is of an extremely high standard. Ammi's work is that of a craftsman and his attention to detail is second to none. Drago came by every day to monitor the installation and communicated well to make sure that we were fully aware of the progress of the job . We had a fitted kitchen 15 months from John Lewis and Drago and his team could show them how to organise a refurbishment .
