They did in fact do the job I requested but paying 70 pounds for a 5/10 minute weld job of welding a hanger back and untightning a sensor doesn't seem right. (10 minutes / 60 minutes) x 100 pounds = 16.67 pounds. Now sure add rod material and gas, but you're still nowhere near charging 70 pounds. Although I could hear them making fun of how I communicated with them prior (did a night shift so was very tired - was even trying to sleep in the car while I waited my turn, plus I'm not a native English speaker so I still don't have the best spoken dialect) they were always very polite when communicating with me so I'll give them that.
