16 hours before my appointment I get an email to tell me I have to be there at 10am jokers knowing I have disabled children and no form of childcare just to change a phone number

Great jobcentre very helpful and friendly staff, made some friends there with them and hope they continue to show great service in years to come.

Evelyn ( smiley ) Has been so helpful and understanding of people in the position like myself .. even over my housing situation, that is not really her department but offered guidance where possible , Thank You , Gary

I had never signed on before and I had heard lots of negative things about how you are treated by the staff so I was very apprehensive.I was pleasantly surprised. The staffed appeared to be enjoying their work and were only too happy to help.one lady in particular Christy i think helped me on the computer and I was able to complete my application. The security were very calm and professional when dealing with angry swearing man who came in I felt safe that they knew how to handle the confrontation.
