        Failed to deliver, using excuse about query on address. However, yet delivered plenty of times before with same address. Also, was sat at local depot for 19hrs without moving which meant I chance of them delivering on time.

        Yodel is the most Incompetent delivery service compared to Royal Mail or DPD. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a package that i paid for to come for 3-5 business days!! I will not be using Yodel again. BTW the package still hasn't arrived on day 12 and I believe that it wont arrive on day 13. Avoid using this company as much as possible. Drivers are Incompetent. Staff doesn't have a clue as to what is going on. The Website does not provide accurate tracking. The Telephone system will not connect you to staff at all, instead you will be talking to a useless AI which wont help you. I cannot emphasise this enough. PLEASE DO NOT USE YODEL!!!!!!!!!

        0 STARS!! Absolutely terrible. Important delivery I ordered for next day, 5 days later and its still not here! Customer service is beyond useless. I WILL NOT be ordering from anywhere that uses Yodel as a delivery service again!

        I had a delivery by yodel saying that they had delivered the parcel through my front door which was not true they left it outside the office they are all liers and I dont trust them at all try and avoid using them.
