Edit: They are now requesting reviews are taken down from trustpilot. Outrageous behaviour. I will be reporting this to CSCS I should have read the reviews before going with this company. Pressured to take the payment over the phone. I didn't realise my company had another account for the cscs card and so I wanted to cancel. I had not received anything from Construction Helpline and it was a couple of days after the initial payment. I requested a refund, told it was the wrong email address after several phone calls and so I resent the email to the correct email. This was more than a month ago.. I sent a request for urgent attention where I was asked to give 24-48hrs for the response but that was over 100hrs ago.. Its just a very poor service and needs to be dealt with. I will be contacting trading standards as you clearly aren't complying with refund procedures. I will also be contacting cscs and I doubt they want their name dragged through the mud that construction helpline is creating.
