Brilliant home. My brother has lived there for a year now. All staff are happy in their work and go over and above to care for their residents. Bernie and her team of carers show genuine care and compassion.

At the start when my mum first came to this place things were really good. But before my mum was moved to another home the level of care was very poor. A number of carers there were under qualified. And I often has run ins with the manager at the mis management of this place. Even to a degree that when my mum was in hospital I was accused of having spent the night in my mum.s flat because the television was left on and the carers were too lasy to turn if off when they assumed I was there. Then on another occasion the carer called the police and had me escorted out , again mis communication. If my mum had had an accident that night I could of sued the place, as expressed by the manager in a comment to my family. The place now is a joke and I would strongly think twice about placing your loved ones here.
