        No fuel in courtesy car, Truck East refused to put any fuel into the vehicle stating that it is the customer's responsibility ! So which out of the several customers who used the vehicle should have filled it up then ?

        the negative level of this company is impressive, my truck went to fix the night heating and it came all dirty with oil inside, they don't even use protection on the floor.

        Brilliant staff. Had the front nearside head lamp assembly damaged by a truck reversing into mine at 19.00 at Watford Gap Services. Phoned TruckEast Scaina around 19.15 , told them my problem. They confirmed the company I work for had an account with Scaina at Ellesmere Port. They had one in stock . I informed them I was on my daily rest and could not get to them until 03.30 after my 9 hrs rest time but needed to be away by 05.00 to make my collection . I arrived at 03.35 and within an hour they had fitted a new light assembly. Great job with no fuss . Kept me on the road for my shift and missed none of my work.
