    I love attending Nikki's HIIT classes, they are different every week with a mixture of high impact and low impact exercises which give you an all over body workout. They always fun and invigorating and everyone leaves with a smile on their face! I also have PT sessions with her which have helped me both physically and mentally. Her "home gym" is well equipped and and a safe environment to train. I could 100% recommend training with Nikki, whether it be a class environment or on a 1-2-1 basis! She gets a 10/10 from me!!

    Nikki is a bubbly, knowledgeable PT who always makes working out fun. I have been training with her for around 3 years now and love her sessions. Her workouts are varied and tailored to individuals in the class. My son has enjoyed family fun classes too! Highly recommend Nikki for group workouts and personal training!

    Nikki has been great! I gave her a long list of my ailments and a goal of wanting to be stronger in myself and feel fitter! I'm 5 weeks in and its been the best thing for me. Nikki has taken everything i said and tailored a programme that works for me. Cant wait to see how much my fitness continues to improve.

    I have been attending Nikkis classes since January 2021. She was amazing at keeping me motivated through lockdown with 3 hiit sessions a week through facebook live. Since the lockdown restrictions have eased Ive been able to attend bootcamp sessions with Nikki. These are amazing value and suitable for a range of different fitness levels as your able to work through at your own pace. Nikki is always professional, friendly and amazing at keeping you motivated through her sessions. Im so happy that these sessions are available so locally and will continue to recommend to friends/family.

    What a great way to work out and not have to worry about childcare as kids are welcome. Nikki pushes me to challenge my body every session whilst making the classes fun, enjoyable and different every week. Theres always a laugh with the other Mums and my little one has fun. Exercising outside is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Buggybeat to any parent to attend - you wont regret it!
