I would highly recommend Campbells Estate agents. Jamie and Sian were fantastic from start to finish. Receiving a weekly update from Sian regarding my sale and purchase made all the difference. I never had to make a call to them and felt completely informed all the way through. The Campbell way was a refreshing experience compared to my previous experiences with other estate agents.

We cannot overstate what a great experience we had with Campbells who sold our property in the late summer of 2022. It began with meeting Jamie at our home and getting to know each other, and with his great people skills he was able to quickly understand us so that he would be able to manage our sale with a tailored approach that met our expectations. This for us meant an agent who we felt was being honest and professional, up to date with his knowledge about the market, and was able to stay our main point of contact throughout. Jamie was ALWAYS there to talk with, and there were never times that I felt he was ignoring my calls, which is such a typical tactic of estate agents and highly frustrating when you are going through he stress of a house sale. It also makes a huge difference to have a personal approach because otherwise you spend your time being passed from one member of the office to another every time you want to speak with someone, which makes it easy for the process to lose transparency and quickly puts you at a huge disadvantage. We had previously experienced other local shark-like agents who offered a slick and pushy initial sales pitch but quickly began to treat us rudely and deceptively, or others who were slow and old fashioned that seemed to be unable to answer their phones whenever it suited them. Our experience with Jamie found us an incredible buyer and we successfully sold our property; but had it not sold so quickly I have no doubt that Jamie would have also handled the challenge and stress of that situation with professionalism and integrity too. The whole experience was perfected by an in-house sales progression team run by Sian, whose role is to make sure that once you have agreed a sale that it all runs as smoothly and quickly as possible. She too was always easy to contact and worked really hard with me and the conveyancing solicitors to get the completion pushed through quickly - she even called me when she was on her holiday week to congratulate us on our sale when it completed! Jamie and Sian really looked after us during our house sale and purchase from start to finish. Both were on hand to answer any questions and Sian did an excellent job chasing through a very complicated and long chain to finally get us to completion. Thank you both :)
