        A note to share that Matthew Pearce is an excellent representative of the business. I wrote to him from Hungary where I live with a short question on winter planting. Even though I cannot buy from him, he gave me a timely and informative reply. That kind of customer service for me is a five star level. Thank you very much!

        I use Access Irrigation for all of my watering needs. I recently bought a Hunter 2 Way Bluetooth Tap Timer for 150 + VAT & then realised that Water Irrigation have actually the same item for exactly half the price 75 + VAT!! I asked Josh why?? & he failed to reply!! Please shop around because this company are excessively expensive compared to others!

        Irrigation parts were good, but there was little interest in sorting a problem where a wrong part had either been ordered, or perhaps the right part was ordered but they delivered the wrong item. Couldn't find the part they delivered on their website and despite sending photos and part-numbers as requested they ignored my mails.
