We needed to cancel our order or postpone it, phoned the number on the receipt, they gave me another number to call, 2 hours later no answer, phoned the first number again she put me on the queue again 30 min later no answer. Disgusting behaviour.

If I could leave zero star feedback I would. Wanted to purchase a shower unit item no 632693 on special offer to be told there's no stock. Head office said One branch did have it but would not sell it for the online price.. I called back to purchase at the higher price they then said we have no stock of it. Reading through the reviews it seems this is the norm.. shambles..

AVOID Poor experience. Placed an order for delivery. Chased a week later (as it was now over 4 days overdue) to be told they had sold out and wouldn`t have anymore in stock. 36 hours later and no email confirmation of cancellation, No credit, and meanwhile the item is still available on their website offering delivery.... AND TAKING PAYMENT FOR ORDERS !!
