Practical Car & Van Rental

I have used this company twice in the past week. I dont often bother to write reviews, but on this occasion felt that Practical Van Rental deserved some credit. There customer service and the vehicles were exceptional. Very helpful staff and both vehicles I hired, were lovely to drive and very clean and tidy. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I regularly hire cars from Practical at Crewkerne. The cars are always immaculate, the service is friendly and efficient and everyone seems to go out of there way to accommodate any requests. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Hired a van from practical , day before was told they double booked so have us a bigger van , dropped off late in the morning, only had it for about 5 hours on the Wednesday am still waiting Monday morning for our 350 deposit which your only told about after booking , not impressed , won't use again and definitely would suggest going somewhere more reputable !

Won't use a company that tries to rip people off from their deposit and don't reply to previous negative reviews
