Call to get a quote, get a mouthful of abuse from some nob in the background and her whining on like its to much effort. Terrible company and this is coming from someone who used them Regularly! Never again.

Thank you for the fantastic service we have always received from all of your drivers. Special shout out to Andrew who picked us up from Gatwick Airport in the early hours of Saturday morning... And having to deal with the diversion on the A303. Very professional and attentive driver! Very much needed that time of the morning! Won't use any other taxi company

We ordered the taxi to take me and my partner from The Haselbury Mill to Crewkerne @12.15am on 30.7.18, it is a journey of 1.6miles (google maps) and takes 5 minutes. The lady driver "forgot" (in her words) to put the meter on, so when we arrived 5 mins later, she made up a price and charged us 15!! I couldn't believe it, she got extremely rude, confrontational and defensive, and tried to convince me that was the "going rate" - which I think anybody knows is a complete rip off and obviously not true. A terrible, untrustworthy service and I have voiced my opinions to the Haselbury Mill about this - and they were as shocked as me. Maybe a member of management could confirm if this is the 'going rate' for a 1.6 mile journey? In which case I will retract my thoughts and apologise. Until then, my advice is unless you are looking for big trouble at the end of your evening, stay well clear of this company. In response to the owner, that information you have tried to correct me on is simply not true. Your taxi was already in Crewkerne when I called (the taxi driver told me this and arrived in 5 minutes) which meant she drove 1.6 miles to pick us up. I was not 'quoted' 10. I was told at the end of the journey it would be 15, and after some discussion we 'agreed' on 10, which is what I paid. I can see you are trying to stand up for your employee, but it seems even they are not being truthful with you if that was the information you were given.
