All checkout closed except for baskets only, total chaos!!!

But recently Waitrose have been having low and out of stock gaps of not only exotics but of everyday basics such as blue whole milk, bread, salad and fruit. The price rises are way higher than inflation and there seems to be less staff about.
It is enough to drive one to Lidl, just 70 meters away!!!
