The Window Man

My mother has had the most horrendous experience with this company. Her partner had a porch fitted by the window man. Soon after fitting it started to leak every time it rained. My mum asked them to come and repair the work. After repeated phone calls they finally visited.. The repair didnt solve the problem.On five separate occasions they came to do a repair. None of which were effective. After the 5th attempt the company blamed the roof saying it was damaged. This was not the case. In the end an independent builder came out and repaired the roof. This has cost my Mother and her partner time, money and a lot of stress. They are elderly and vulnerable and without my mums persistence they wouldnt have even attempted to repair the fault. Avoid this company Update September 2022 Following the reply I sent a detailed letter with photographs and a follow up email. I still have not heard anything back. I stand by my original review.

5 star for everything, everybody I dealt with were efficient and polite, the installer was brilliant, the bi folds look great and the price was a lot less than all the other quotes I received. Highly recommended

We had bathroom windows fitted a few months ago by John Marshall. Our house is quite crooked and old but he did a brilliant job and the cost was 100s cheaper than another local company. Really really pleased with the work and we will definitely use them again.

Fantastic bifold doors installed yesterday. Great quality product with brilliant service. All very professional and the fitters were lovely and very efficient. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you
