I have been calling for a year now to try and get an appointment, unfortunately due to the shortage of dentists they were unable to give me any appointments. I then called in a lot of pain with a tooth and was told they had an emergency dentist 2 days a week and to call on those days to try and get an appointment, so I called on one of those days to then be told. Sorry youre no longer registered with us because you havnt been to us in 2 years! How can I come to you if you wont give me an appointment!!!! Absolutely shocking! You would think the staff would make a note of anyone who has been trying to get an appointment but clearly thats too much trouble.

Had an 'emergency' appointment I booked back in November 2022 and couldn't be seen till today, 10th January 2023. I was seen by an NHS dentist who spent 40 minutes giving me a lecture instead of extracting the tooth that needs to come out and now have to wait till end of Feb to have that procedure done hoping I don'tget more intense pain or another abcess in the mean time! His manner with people needs a LOT of work. I left feeling belittled from all of the scoffs behind his mask and snide remarks about dental hygiene, my diet and my health conditions which is absoloutely appalling!
