Beaminster Chinese is closed on Tuesdays so decided to get one from crewkerne.......personally not a patch on our Beaminster takeaway. Chow mein was tasteless. Chicken balls. More undercooked batter than chicken. Prawn crackers were ok and chips were good Will not be retuning Very disappointed

We tried this Chinese for our evening meal tonight as it seemed quite popular in the high street. There is another Chinese takeaway across the road, but as we dont know the area we went to the one which had the most people going in! The food hygiene rating is a 4, which was good to see on display in the window. The staff were very friendly when ordering and after a short 15 minute wait our food was ready. The food was generally ok, however we found the meat in the chicken fried rice and special chow mien very chewy! However, the chicken curry and smoked chilli chicken was delicious. The potions were a good size and we probably would give it another try if back in the area.
