        Lovely place to stay, very friendly hosts. Great location for exploring Somerset and Dorset. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

        Beautiful cottage, a warm welcome, spotlessly clean, opulent large bedroom suite and the best cooked breakfast! The hosts are friendly and informative with local information. There is the most stylish lounge/breakfast room to eat and rest in. Parking is also available. Picture post card lawns and treats in the room with your hot drinks tray. Thank you.

        Calendar Cottage is, honestly, the best place I think I have ever stayed! I felt very welcome at this B&B, I was greeted on arrival and each morning, the hosts: Mike and Anna, chatted away about the area and the cottage, and were interested in my plans. I was sad to leave when my holiday came to an end! The cottage was super cosy, quiet and peaceful. The room was extremely comfortable and a very welcome retreat from the cold winter weather of March. The room had a large kettle and was stocked with so many different teas and hot drinks. Fresh milk was provided in a flask everyday which was perfect for enjoying a hot chocolate before bed! The breakfasts were excellent. Fresh and beautifully presented. I'd recommend having the eggs: they come from the hens in the garden! Anna and Mike asked for my preferences before and during my stay, so I was spoilt for choice. Given the location just outside of Crewkerne, this property is brilliant for a relaxing stay and so close to plenty of walking routes. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes within 20 minutes to all the nearby villages and towns. There is a driveway for parking. There are lovely cats at this property - and it was wonderful to sit with them in the lounge for an hour each morning, they are very friendly cats and will come over to be petted.
