        I love coming to classes here, additionally there is a fabulous cafe upstairs to enjoy. Theres always someone to chat too. Lots of very like minded friendly people.

        This truly is my happy place. Just walking through the door make you just relaxed. Dan,Shelly and team are most welcoming. Yoga for all abilities for mind and body.

        Prob one of the biggest life changing moments for me was walking into MOY, 3 years ago i booked the intro offer of 30 days of unlimited yoga, from day one i was hooked, went on to do 26 classes in that month.. Then next month i became an unlimited member This place has everything, as soon as you walk in you can shut the outside world out Dan & Shelly are totally ace people, great cafe upstairs with Monikas amazing cakes too :) Shelley, Carolyn & Claires are my fave regular classes, but also love Maria,Wendy, Tash & Jules classes when can fit them in. Cant thank them enough for how my life has changed since going to MOY.. Now im lucky enough to have my partner Karen to go with too Mentally & physically a better person because of MOY Xxx
