Alan Davies Car Sales

I purchased a Ford kuga from this garage in January it broke down a week after I purchased it, after a few days I was told it was fixed. About 4/5 weeks later it happened again. This time I was told it was the battery so I payed for the battery. I had a discussion with both Alex and Kristian because I did not believe that the battery was the on going problem. At this point they agreed to give me a extra 3 months warranty if the problem happened again. Three days later it did brake down again same problem. I was told the car had been taken to a auto electrician after two weeks the results of this was it was the Bluetooth was draining the battery. On the Thursday I was told that it was going back to the garage to have a new Bluetooth on and we would have it back on following Tuesday. On Friday we had a call to say car was ready I said that was quick have you fixed it he said let me check then called me back to say he needed to order a new Bluetooth for it but the Bluetooth had been disconnected so we could have it back for the weekend. We went to pick car up my husband started the car and it broke down yet again on the garage. I made my husband empty the car and went over to Alan Davies car sales to ask for my money back. Kristian did not even want to talk to us about this all he wanted to do was go for his dinner. He told my husband that I had been calling every day I HAD NOT only called for updates when I was told to. His customer service is terrible and very unprofessional. I then spoke to Alex on his own and he did give me most of my money back. Alex is a lovely man but I would not recommend Alan Davies car sales to anyone.

I needed a new car, dropped Alex a message to say briefly what I was looking for, within hours he had a car that far exceeded my request and well under budget on its way. Viewed it almost as soon as it arrived and was processed smoothly and professionally. Ive saved money and got a far better car for about 30 minutes of my time thanks to Alex and his superb service. Alex also went the extra mile to ensure I could pick up the car in a small window I had. Easiest car purchase I have ever had. Pleasure to deal with Alex as always. 100% would recommend to anyone, you will get sound advice on whats best for you not just pushed to buy the most expensive car. Superb business all round.

This garage is still advertising their car sales with my daughter on the video she asked u take it down u still haven't u have not got her permission false advertising she was how old when u made her do the video I am asking once more take the video down why would she want her face all over ur Web site when she doesn't work there anymore
