Absolutely disgracious money-grabbing company. Requested cancellation by email, they said the account would be cancelled and still billed me for another 2 months. They lure you in with 1 a month offer which quickly escalates to 14 a month and if you don't pay it, you will automatically add 18 fee to it with some other made up fees to build up 62 to be paid within 7 days or they will add at least 65 more to the bill if it's not paid within that period (see the screenshot). Dolphin and CallReady.co.uk are a joke and you need to stay away.

After using this firm for several years our requirements for an 0800 number have come to an end. I must say they are a very easy firm to get hold of, with a really easy to navigate telephone extension system, call to customer service answered promptly, and an easy email process to then agree to end the contract. In fact, Dan emailed me back within minutes of my formal request as I had inadvertently provided an incorrect 0800 number. Clearly a well managed business, with excellent communications, full marks.
