        I recently moved house and have been waiting for the last week for them to get my internet running after being given a date when I would be back online again. Also, I've been out of contract for the last 3 months without them telling me so I've cancelled my direct debit and the only money they're getting is what I owe for the last month. You can hardly ever get through to them and then they fob you off with different excuses. Very disappointed with them.

        Same as most on here, calling constantly all day, just rings off, we have no incoming or outgoing calls, now looking elsewhere
