21 April booked a taxi to Northwich for 5 people for 22 April, plus a return taxi back home later that afternoon. The lady on the switch board was extremely helpful and booked it for us. The driver arrived on time at 10am and we got to our destination on time and the driver was also very helpful. But in the afternoon at 16:30 when we were expecting to be taken back home, there was no sign of the taxi, I had the day previously booked, and we waited and waited until I phoned the switch board of the company, and the male on the other end was none helpful to our situation, and told me that he had cancelled the taxi we were expecting without any permission from me, and left us stranded. NOT PLEASED AT ALL

Booked my taxi at 6:30pm to arrive at 8:30pm as I had a train to catch at 8:55pm so wanted to be at the station early. Rang at half 8 to ask where it was as had no text saying it was on its way and got told they'd send a driver straight away and it would be 2 minutes. At quarter to 8 still no taxi, driver had gone to the wrong address and not answered phone when I rang then sent a text saying unable to find me so had to wait another 10 minutes for another taxi to come. Didn't get to the train station until 8:57 and having to wait almost half an hour for another train. Very unhappy with the service provided Edit in reply to Westsides reply: I did not use the app to book the taxi, I booked the taxi over the phone through the automated service as you can never speak to an actual operator anymore
