I love motorbikes and fellow bikers with a passion they are a special breed of their own in a world that is ultra welcoming to all. Due to ill health I have not been able to ride for the past 10 years because I suffer mental health disease and felt to poorly to ride. After a long road to recovery I am fit to ride my beloved bikes again. After long consideration of what bike I wanted I knew the bike for me was a sports tourer, I used to love my sports bikes but now I wanted a bike that could offer me both sport and touring. So I went cold turkey to Single Tracker Motorcycles Crewe, never dealt with them before, but wanted to see what they had to offer and what their customer service was like start to end. I had already decided in essence what bike I wanted the new Suzuki GSX-S1000GT> My first point of contact was Pete one of the family members who run Single Tracker. I asked Pete endless questions about the bike and the back up after service as it was my hard earned cash I was parting with to secure the bike of my dreams. Pete was a gentleman and completely transparent even suggesting against purchases that were not necessary in his opinion and saving me money in the process. During the weeks I spoke to Dan and Nigel again superb genuine customer service nothing was too much trouble for any of the family team. I made the purchase and my new dream babe has been delivered today by Pete to my home and with fantastic customer service. Pete took me round the bike and the gizmo's in my own time, we spent 2 hours going over the bike so that I could get it into my head after so long off the biker road. I patronise nobody I am 66 years old and I have lived with a dreadful loyal companion called mental health disease so I have little time for anything that makes my life stressful. Such a big financial purchase is daunting to all of us and at times made worse if the customer service is none existent after they have got your cash, I just want to say a massive thank you to Single Tracker Motorcycles you did yourself proud and made an old man very happy and contented, wonderful to know the old school level of good service that I grew up with is still out there, respect to you all.

Recently collected my new V-Strom 650 from these guys. They couldn't have been more helpful if they tried, making the whole process very easy and fun from start to finish. Given that I'm 160 miles from them, it was worth the effort and I can't recommend buying a bike from these guys highly enough. Keep up the good work.
