Overall the school is great, good facilities and learning environment. In a few areas it lacks compassion.. i.e. firstly, phone etiquette when answering and talking to parents, won't name anyone, but it's always the one person on the other end with the same 'i shouldn't have come to work' attitude - secondly, I believe the teachers need training up on mental/physical disabilities, heard a fair few cases of mistreating and ill-mannered portrayal towards pupils. 5 stars go solely to the staff that manage senco side of things - Mr Jones is one of the best for this school, wouldn't get as many stars if he wasn't there.

I recently took my son out of Leighton academy, because I was not happy with his learning journey and he didnt not like it. He told they didnt help him much, he is more happier at his new school and the teachers have more time for him. They need more teachers in classes to help the children.
