I have had and continue to have an incredibly positive experience & I would highly recommend to anybody wanting to talk stuff though or seek clarity on specific situations. The clinical hypnotherapy really works for me; the effect is instantaneous and feels incredible. Tracy is very down to earth, friendly, supportive, engaged and very perceptive. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Seeing Tracy for counselling over a period of time changed my outlook on life. It helped me to work through things and learn coping strategies to keep up the progress I made. I have since recommended her several times with positive results. I wouldn't go anywhere else !!

Working with Tracy has been a very positive experience for me and I would highly recommend her. She made me feel at ease and comfortable to talk openly and honestly without judgement.
