Over priced. Under qualified. Some of the staff you on the phone with explaining an issue with your machine seem to be over whelmed by information. Polite. Yes. Courteous. Yes. But for the sake of apples and pears at least have some knowledge of what you represent and what clients ask. Glad i walked away from them. Wanted to sell me a capping station for an arm and half a leg. Found the exact same original part for half the price. Point being don't just use these guy based on being official Mimaki partners they the official rip off artists. If anything. As for their engineers don't even go there.

Shocking service from these guys. Had our mimaki installed by them 3/4 years ago which was a pretty smooth process. Had a major failure of the main board which was diagnosed by a local engineer and asked Hybrid as they are the exclusive company to provide mimaki parts to repair the machine. Logged a case in February for a paid repair with no questions asked about costs as just wanted our printer back up and running. Took over two months to get an appointment. Board sent was faulty, still no success after second visit and still machine waiting to be repaired/3rd visit and now approaching 3 months since case logged. Engineer has been great but the way company operates as an exclusive distributor with zero communication unless chased regularly is beyond me. They also still expect you to pay labour rates for the same work when time is wasted fitting faulty parts (which takes twice as long as it should due to diagnosing, as naturally you wouldnt expect a brand new board to be faulty so you will look elsewhere) Hoping this review will prompt some action but not confident
