        Went in with a parcel that had all the labels and a 1 st class special delivery sticker on. Wanted me to pay and had no clue what they where doing. All they had to do was scan the postage label and hand me the receipt as proof. The women said I had the problem when it was them. Rude. I will also be sending this to a manager off the post office.
