Wells Green Post Office

I find the staff at the Post Office counter and shop counter very accommodating and helpful. People moaning should give them a break and be thankful to have a local Post Office and shop that's open late 7 days a week, many have closed altogether!

O my goodness. The gentleman, and I say that reluctantly, behind the counter, awful attitude. If you dont like what you do then leave! Awful atmosphere when hes around. The ladies are helpful and friendly, maybe a customer care course may help!

Sadly I have to give you a 1 star all because the staff members at the spa counter let you down. Every time I bring a parcel out of post office hours, they can't be bothered to take it behind the spa counter. Why on earth do you have a sign to say when the post office is closed you are happy to assist? Same old excuses, member of staff on their break or we can't do that now. Sort your staff attitude out, they are extremely rude, juvenile and have no manners whatsoever. I'll take my shopping and parcels elsewhere. Will never enter this store again. If you're going to employ young staff, make sure you train them customer service, decent manners and right attitude.
