Papa John's Pizza

Pizza was nice. Delivery and lies were shocking. Phoned 15 mins after my tracker had said food was delivered. Was told it was on its way. Phoned in another 15 mins. On its way. 10 mins later , an hour and a half after order. Delivered. With part of order missing. Luckily noticed before the driver left. Still in his boot. Really disappointed as this isn't the first, but definitely the last time I've had delivery issues with them

Should read 1 star ratings before ordered. Absolute waste of money. The pizza dough is rubber, the cheese has nothing to do with mozzarella and the garlic sauce is a mix of gum arabic dextrose and a pinch of garlic flavor. Everything arrived after 2hrs waiting lukewarm and It tasted not much better than the cardboard box it was packed in. Shame to the Crewe branch! Never ever again.

I ordered this afternoon from Papa Johns in Crewe by Just Eat for a delivery at 7pm, which got confirmed at 4:22pm. When I at 7:20pm hadnt received, I called Papa Johns in Crewe about my order and I got told that the driver could arrive any minute. Half an hour later it still was not arrived and I called them again. I got told exactly the same. I felt lied to and requested that my order got cancelled and that they would refund me. I got told that this was not possible, because it was on its way. After 8pm, more as an hour late my pizza arrived. There were no added chilies on it and the Hot Buffallo sauce was missing as well. You probably can understand that I wont order from Papa Johns in Crewe again.

Ordered pizzas at 6:08PM and delivered at 7:55PM. Called to store 42 times while waiting and no one answered except 2 times. 11th and 28th time which answer said the order was just gone and on the way. last time said 5 minute but took more than 30 minutes. Terrible service and store assistance are lying on the phone.
