Well Crewe - Hungerford MC

I needed to speak to the pharmacist about my medication, she could not have been more helpful! I have always found the staff friendly and willing to provide advice and assistance!

It is a small pharmacy where I collect my prescriptions. No issues really. Prescriptions are most often available and ready on time. Occasionally not, so either wait/return later same day/return next day. Occasionally queuing up is out of the door due to sudden influx of customers all at same time to a small pharmacy. Pharmacists are efficient and try to attended to everyone as quickly as is possible. Pharmacists are nice and due to it being a small place they do remember names/recognise faces which helps speed things up. On my way there now. lol This review is for Well Pharmacy, School Crescent, Crewe. Not for Well Gorseinon.

Well stocked chemist, offering a wide range of health supplements, plus all the staff that work there are very pleasant and obliging.

Had appointment for flu jab. Well pharmacy cancelled the appointment and told me to drop in anytime the next day instead. I arrived, only to be told that the Pharmacist was on lunch and to come back. I was kept waiting at the counter, while the staff continued their conversation, prior to being told this. I returned, to a poorly organised session, which meant that forms I needed to complete were not available. The Pharmacist was trying to do flu jabs and dispense medication, which meant a long wait for everyone. Don't bother going here, go to another Pharmacy.
