Very helpful! Staff are very helpful and pleasant, sometimes they don't always have certain items in but that's like any chemist so would not hold that against them

Never answer the phone, service is incredibly slow, ignore you if your waiting at the counter literally the worse pharmacy in Crewe

Big thank you to Sue at the vaccine centre who updated my covid vaccine records when the 119 service was useless and rude Sue kept me informed and was very efficient a credit to the team!

As advertised in NHS website for walk-in centre for Covid vaccination, I travelled from stoke to West street pharmacy to get my both kids vaccinated for 2nd dose, as I went in asked the staff (Milan )on counter for Covid vaccination for my kids he looked clueless, called his colleague Rob, another clueless staff, with a shocking answer, come tomorrow we will do it tomorrow, I told Rob that after seen you guys on NHS WALK-IN CENTRES for Covid vaccination I came from stoke for vaccination, and you saying come tomorrow, I wasted my hard earned money and time, Rob came up with a another shocking answer that they already told many times to NHS to remove West street pharmacy from there WALK-IN CENTRE LIST, but they havent done it so far, i asked Rob if you already told NHS to remove you guys from there list, then why you are asking me to come tomorrow for vaccination, in reality he was lying they getting paid for each vaccination by government, so in general public interest, NHS should investigate west street pharmacy regarding these matters seriously, its not joke if they cant provide the services advertised on NHS WEBSITE, proper steps must be taken by NHS to safeguard general public trust.
