        After driving 15 miles in heavy traffic and 10 min late was told you cant have the appointment I said Id wait dont mind very Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE NO YOU CANT Ill book closer for an eye test and more HELPFUL STAFF

        I have had my glasses since December 2019, the arm has now broken off and apparently out of guarantee. Never had glasses break before 2 years old. My choice is either buy a new pair on the old prescription or fix with sellotape. That's what you get buying cheap glasses from Asda, won't be doing that again
