        Do not buy anything from this horror of a man. The car he sold had the mileage rigged and was completely rotten underneath the bonnet! Absolutely worst experience buying here. Had a report on the vehicle and had the pile of junk sent back. He's rude and a continual liar. Stay well clear!

        I bought a car from LXL with "full service history" which had a "slight damage repair" and "full insurance backed warranty". When I took it to a main dealer post purchase to get a copy of the digital-only service record I found it had no service history for 70k miles, extensive damage repair to wing, 2 doors, rear quarter, rear bumper, exhaust & under car panels & 7 punctures. It also had electrical faults from the crash damage requiring 700 repairs. Tom refused to issue a refund within 30 days as per Consumer Rights Act for mis-selling. He then ceased responding to contact attempts. The "Handler" insurance backed warranty requires full service history in order to be valid...right down to the service documentation specifying the exact oil type used. Google it - Handler never pay out so the warranty is pointless. Lesson learnt - only buy a car on credit card where you have full refund protection from Visa... I'm taking him to court which I suppose will take a while...
