        I had a recommendation from friends, so I called to arrange a visit and quotation. Disappointingly I was told they were too busy to come out, but I could fill in an online form. No details of my move were requested or taken as the person was in the middle of a removal. Unfortunately my move is too big with too many things I need advice on to be dealt with by a form, so I decided to leave it. I have heard good things about Townsends though and wish them every success.

        Pete went above and beyond for me when I was in a difficult situation and having to move house quickly. The service was outstanding and it took so much stress off me knowing that they had it all under control. This is one of the easiest house moves I have ever had and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (although hopefully not for a while yet!). Thank you Pete and team you have all been kind and friendly and professional. A real family business.
