my mum had seen a pink shirt type top with the price stating 16.99. got to the till and paid to them see the top was actually 18.99? and they would refuse to give her back what they shouldve. i get its the policy but we didnt even leave the shop? so we werent returning it as we were still in the shop, in the same place most of the clothes are not worth the price due to their quality. the two girls were very rude about things. all your workers should know the change of prices . keep up workers !
