Enterprise are very good at there jobs by allowing you to have the simular type of car to the one you have and they are nearly new or new cars

Completely irresponsible company. Van was booked for today. We spoke to the advisor and he confirmed availability the day before. Nobody let us know that they don't have a van at all until we came to collect it in the morning. What's even worse they said there is one van in Stoke so we can go there and exactly the same situation happened! Rubbish company. They will let you down so all I can recommend is to find a different rental company.

Simply awful, cannot be trusted or relied on even despite advanced booking. I booked a van days in advance for collection Saturday morning and a 2 day hire. I get a call just now, 5pm Friday evening to say they have no vans available for me to pick up tomorrow at all and cant get any from any other Enterprise sites until Monday. Thankfully I have been lucky and just managed to find a van at Europcar in Stoke who are charging 88 for the two day hire as opposed to Enterprise who were charging me 138. Do yourself a favour try Europcar every time before Enterprise, they cant be trusted to meet their order confirmation despite paying in advance too.
