        Visited on Bank Holiday Friday which was leaving things late. Particularly as there was another Bank on Monday. This meant that our chosen tiles couldnt be delivered until the following Thursday. We needed tiles for Tuesday and Jack behind the counter went above and beyond to provide us with alternative tiles that were in stock for immediate delivery. Excellent service and thank you Jack.

We must have had conversations with all the staff there and every single one of them went out of their way to help us. They gave us some great advice and guidance about what we would need for our new bathroom, helped us to make the right choices, without any pressure on us to buy.
