Don't know how life would of turned out if I hadn't gone to Caroline in Dec '18. Would highly recommend Caroline. For those of you playing with the idea, book in! Caroline is patient, friendly, non judgemental and most of all so kind and wise. One of the best decisions I ever made

I visited Caroline for several weeks in early 2020. I found Caroline to be very understanding, a good listener who was able to understand both my emotions and thoughts. I believe that I achieved exactly what I was looking for at a time when I was at a low point in my life. Caroline heard me, understood me and give me a way of reflecting on my thoughts and emotions in a positive manner whilst also giving me a direction for me to pursue....a direction which may help improve my mental health in future times. I am a man in my early 40s and sometimes it can be difficult for anyone to seek help, maybe even more if you are a man, in your hour of need. However, I took this step and luckily came across Caroline. I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone who is in need of counselling sessions (check her website for details on the type of counselling Caroline provides).
