        I would give 0 stars if possible. Firstly this is nothing to do with the nice guys that fit / survey or the lady on reception always been lovely. Management (Dave) couldnt run a bath. Dont trust them with your order.

        We got there in the end.. Cant fault the fitters Josh, Rob and Mark. Went above and beyond to rectify issues.

        Would give 0if possible for the shocking customer service. Ordered windows and door in Aug and told 4 wks. Problem with door caused delays and windows were fitted early Oct. Door should have been sorted by end Oct, when chasing was told 18 Nov, chased on 18th to be told 24th, that's today and surprise surprise no contact. Have been waiting for a manager call back for nearly a month with no contact even in response to a long formal complaint email. Guess I'll have to take them to court to get any response out of them. Only positive are the lads that fitted my windows, they were superb and Diane has been polite when calling. Avoid at all costs if you want things done timely.
