        I would give less than one star is possible. Had my appointment cancelled three times and two annual leave days lost. The final time was once I arrived at the store my appointment had been mysteriously cancelled.

        I have been going to Boots opticians in Crewe for over 10 years and I have always found their service to be excellent. I attended for my routine appointment last weekend and found the staff to be friendly and the optician was very thorough, taking time to explain everything to me. Covid safety was very good too. Thank you

        I was not expecting a positive experience after reading the latest reviews posted. However my experience was a very positive one. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The optician took her time to explain all my options and how each option would give slightly different results. I have a further appointment to have education on fitting and using contact lenses for the first time. I will update my review after my next appointment, but so far a definite thumbs up.
