        I found this to be a unorganised company. Never had time for the staff never listened to our concerns regarding our customers .Just used to say fill a follow up form in no feed back from them. Customers missing calls and medication. The office staff chasing there tails not a bit professional at all .one manager looked so rough .One company I would never want my loved ones to be cared for ...scary

        As an update to my review, the office in Merseyside have contacted me and given me assurances that any issues will be dealt with more professionally and on time, and so I still feel the same about the Crewe branch, I am willing to work and hope the new processes are helpful to carer's and clients. .........As a carer I have no problem in sharing the truth about the management of this business!. They ignore carer's requests for information and give no constructive advice. The fact is that the clients and the carer's needs are not met with any form of urgency and go unaddressed!. I had been a carer for this company for over seven year's and have seen it slowly disintegrate.
