        Bought a wardrobe on 9 Aug 2022, never received it. Called several times, staff said they will reply my call. Never heard from the shop. Went to the shop today, staff said she cant refund it, need to wait for them to call back again. Extremely bad shopping experience.

        Order a swivel chair, staff is nice. After place the order, trying to call for the chair dimensions and delivery time, however, keep calling over 10 times and left messages, still nobody reply!!!! Very frustrated!!!!

        Found a great deal on a garden sofa id been after for a while. As I live in Nottingham, the staff suggested delivery options to help save me money. When it arrived, a part was missing. The staff were very helpful in locating and sending out a replacement. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
