        Dropped car off and returned after 30 minutes as requested and had to wait a couple of minutes while the 2 wheels with the new tyres were refitted

        Had appointment booked for today at 12.booked this slot last Thursday because this was the earliest they could fit me in. Got there today at 11.30 only to be greeted with i dont think we are going to ba able to mend it today sir. Tyre machine had Brocken down! Had a word with his work mate and was told i would have to come back again when machine was mended ..seems funny how all the bays were full and on ramps ..seems they pick and choose there worklooks like the other cars were having much more work done on them rather than my puncture ..CREWE BRANCH !! Been going here for years and this is the only issue Ive had but this appointment had made me change rest of my days plans.not impressed .
