ABC Childcare Services (pre-school nursery and out of school club)

Disgusting service. We lasted 4 days. I truly have no idea what the rest of these reviews are about. My daughter is type 1 and 3 years old. She was singled out from day 1. Perhaps they just cant be bothered to care for kids with extra needs, that was the overwhelming feeling we had throughout. Staff were given training by specialist nurses and still had no idea. They injected my daughter in the wrong area and made her bleed. They used padlocks to lock her bum bag shut which is used to keep her medical device in which is needed urgently in emergencies. I explained this on day 1 and said I wasnt happy that they were being used. They said if I deleted everything from the device except diabetes info then padlocks werent needed. My daughter was dropped off today at 8am and I was phoned at 8.50 to be told she was being difficult (an unsettled 3 year old in a new place), I picked her up and her key worker was exposed for lying to us by my 3 year old. She had removed the padlocks just before I arrived. Disgusted doesnt even cut it. We paid upfront for January and shes had 2 full days there. The other 2 she was collected early. We asked for a refund and weve been blocked on WhatsApp. Lynsey Taylor- when you see this, we would appreciate our money returned asap because I cant be bothered to take this further but I have a very good case if I need to. The way my daughter was excluded and singled out and the way we were lied to is appalling. My daughter has medical needs and information was ignored.

My son comes here for holiday club during the summer holidays and absolutely loves it. He can't wait to come back and always talks about how much he enjoyed it. Its so nice to know my son is enjoying himself so there's no guilt when I have to work!

All of my nieces have gone to the ABC Pre-School setting where they thoroughly enjoyed their time. The staff are amazingly supportive, friendly and fantastic at what they do! You cannot find a more incredible nursery than ABC! I highly recommend sending your kids to this place!

My son's been at the nursery for the past 1year and half. It's been a fantastic journey for my son! He has bloomed into a strong independent and confident child. Most of this we put down to the lovely staff and the homely atmosphere. All the staff are friendly, polite and very nurturing. Extremely pleased with my son's progression. Sad to say goodbye.
